Request documents and samples

Before a buyer approves a new Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis Miller) supplier, R&D and quality teams need documents and a sample. This page lists what we provide and how to ask for it.

Documents available per grade

What to include in your request

1. Product and grade, for example “organic spray-dried powder 200:1, decolorized”.
2. Application, for example capsules, drink mix, face cream.
3. Specification needs, for example a maximum aloin value, a polysaccharide minimum, preservative-free.
4. Annual volume and first order size.
5. Destination country and preferred Incoterm.
6. Documents you need, including your own questionnaire.
7. Delivery address for the sample, with a phone number for the courier.
