Are your ingredients certified organic?
Our organic grades are certified under EU organic rules (Ecocert SAS, certificate ZA-BIO-154.710-0000086.2026.003, valid to 31 March 2027) and the USDA National Organic Program (Ecocert SAS, Operation ID 7880216720). Each certificate lists the products it covers. We also offer natural grades that are not sold as certified organic.
Are your products Kosher and Halaal?
Yes, for the products named on each certificate. Kosher: Beth Din of South Africa, JHBBD-K2026/267277, valid to 31 January 2027. Halaal: SANHA, GP/MF/0426/002, valid to 30 April 2027. Ask us to confirm that your grade is in scope.
What is the difference between natural and decolorized aloe?
Decolorized grades go through an extra step that removes most anthraquinones, including aloin, from the aloe. Natural grades keep their original colour. Food and supplement buyers usually need decolorized or low-aloin inner leaf material; the aloin value is reported on the COA.
What aloin level do your grades have?
Aloin is reported per batch on the certificate of analysis. To confirm: typical aloin values per grade and the test method
Which documents can you provide?
A technical data sheet (TDS), safety data sheet (SDS) and certificate of analysis (COA) for every grade, plus organic, Kosher and Halaal certificates. Allergen, GMO and other statements on request. To confirm: list of statements available
Can I get a sample?
Yes. Tell us the product, grade, application and delivery address. To confirm: sample sizes, whether samples are free, and who pays the courier
What is your minimum order quantity?
To confirm: MOQ per form, e.g. liquid, concentrate, powder, dice, capsules, white-label products
How do you ship, and on which Incoterms?
Air freight leaves through OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, about 500 km from the farm; sea freight leaves through the port of Durban, about 900 km away. To confirm: Incoterms offered
How long does an order take?
To confirm: lead time from order to dispatch per product form
Do you offer white label and private label?
Yes. White label means our existing formula under your brand. Private label means a formula adapted or developed for your brand. We help with formulation, packaging and design. Claims on your label are your responsibility in your market.
Do you make benefit claims for your aloe?
