ACAP makes skin, body and hair care products based on Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis Miller) from our own certified-organic plantation in Limpopo, South Africa. Brand owners can put their label on a product from our existing range (white label) or develop a formula of their own with us (private label).

Start with white label to test a market. Move to private label when you want a product nobody else sells.
What we do
- Product selection. Pick from our white-label range of gels, creams, cleansers, body and hair care.
- Formulation. Adjust fragrance, texture or aloe content, or build a new formula on our aloe base To confirm: in-house formulator or partner lab.
- Packaging and design. Choose packaging and get help with label and box design To confirm: in-house design or partner.
- Filling and labelling. At our facility in Vivo, Limpopo To confirm: filling done on site?.
- Documents. Ingredient list (INCI), product specification and SDS per product To confirm: safety assessment / product information file support for EU and UK.
How a project runs
- Brief. Tell us your market, channel, product types and volumes.
- Samples. We send samples of the closest products in our range.
- Adjust. For private label we adjust the formula and send revised samples.
- Packaging and artwork. You approve packaging and label artwork.
- Production. We fill, label and pack.
- Dispatch. Ex works or delivered, depending on the agreed Incoterm.

Certified-organic aloe inside
The aloe in our products comes from our own plantation, certified under EU organic rules (Ecocert SAS) and the USDA NOP. Ten Curaloe finished products are certified COSMOS Organic by Ecocert Greenlife (certificate 216720/92/211020250924, valid to 31 March 2027). A COSMOS certificate covers the named products; it does not transfer to another brand’s label automatically. What you are responsible for
Cosmetic rules are set per market (for example the EU Cosmetics Regulation and its claims criteria, UK rules, US FDA rules for cosmetics). The brand owner decides what the label claims and, where required, appoints a responsible person and registers the product. We support with documents; we do not provide claim wording.
