Aloe vera inner leaf dice and pulp

Solid inner leaf of Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis Miller), cut on our farm in Vivo, Limpopo, South Africa. Dice give a drink or dessert visible aloe pieces and texture; pulp and minced base blend into the product.

How it is made

Leaves are cut by hand and processed within a few hours. The rind is removed and the clear inner fillet is cut into dice or pulped To confirm: washing and any decolorizing or stabilising step.
