Most South African aloe on the market is Aloe ferox, a different species also known as Cape aloe or bitter aloe. ACAP grows only Aloe barbadensis Miller. If your formula or label specifies “Aloe vera” or “Aloe barbadensis”, read how the two species differ.
Iphofolo Game Farm lies at the western end of the Soutpansberg mountain range in Limpopo, northern South Africa, in subtropical bushveld with summer rainfall. Product leaves South Africa by air through OR Tambo (Johannesburg) or by sea through Durban. Read about export and logistics or about the farm.
